Eligibility for Returns
To return an item, please ensure:
- Condition: Unused and in original condition
- Packaging: In the original packaging
- Timeframe: Within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of Purchase: Receipt require
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed or altered airbags
- Items showing wear or damage
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Connect with email us within 14 days with your order number and reason for return.
- Follow Instructions: Our team will provide return shipping instructions. You pay for shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect
- Refund Process: After we inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. For a replacement, please return the item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Notify Us: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide Evidence: We may ask for photos
- Resolution: Eligible items will be replaced or refunded at no cost
Restocking Fee
