  • Proof of Purchase: Receipt require

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing wear or damage
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Connect with email us within 14 days with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Follow Instructions: Our team will provide return shipping instructions. You pay for shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect
  3. Refund Process: After we inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. For a replacement, please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Notify Us: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide Evidence: We may ask for photos
  • Resolution: Eligible items will be replaced or refunded at no cost

Restocking Fee
